Great leaders understand the rules and know how to bring people together to achieve something bigger than themselves. This group covers the legal basics every young entrepreneur needs, the negotiation skills that get deals done fairly, and the project management tools that turn ideas into real results.
Leadership without structure crumbles. This group gives you the practical foundation to lead teams, manage projects, and operate within legal and ethical boundaries skills that are in short supply and high demand across T&T’s private, public and NGO sectors.
You’ll explore the legal basics every young entrepreneur and community leader needs to know: partnerships, roles, responsibilities and what happens when things go wrong. You’ll practice Win-Win negotiation techniques through live scenarios, and build a full team charter with your cohort peers.
The project management component challenges you to discover your personal strengths, assign team roles, take on a tower-building challenge, and complete a peer evaluation. These are not just classroom exercises they are the real skills of real leaders.
