Group Description

This is where your journey begins. Identity & Personal Growth is your space to explore who you are, what you stand for, and where you want to go. Through SMART goal-setting, vision boards, and honest self-reflection, you’ll build the foundation for everything that follows in this programme and in life.
Every great change-maker starts with self-knowledge. In this group, young people aged 14–25 across Trinidad & Tobago come together to dig into the big questions: Who am I? What do I value? What kind of future do I want to build?
You’ll learn how to set SMART goals that actually stick, create a vision board that maps your personal ambitions, and develop the self-awareness to navigate peer pressure without losing sight of what matters to you. Weekly podcasts, videos and reflection exercises will guide you but the real work happens in the conversations you have here with your peers.
This is a judgement-free zone. Share your goals, celebrate your wins, ask the hard questions, and grow alongside a community of young people who are on the same journey.

✓ Define your personal values and identity
✓ Set SMART goals aligned to your life vision
✓ Build and share your vision board
✓ Develop strategies to handle peer pressure
✓ Reflect on your personal growth week by week
