    Group Description

Life comes with conflict. At school, at home, in communities. This group gives you the emotional tools to navigate it with confidence. Learn how to regulate your emotions, resolve disagreements constructively, and build the kind of inner strength that turns challenges into growth.
Emotional intelligence is one of the most powerful skills a young person can develop — and it’s one that no textbook fully teaches. This group is dedicated to building yours.
Through mindfulness exercises, peer role-plays, conflict scenario workshops and group reflection journals, you’ll learn to identify your emotional triggers, de-escalate tense situations, and find solutions that work for everyone involved. You’ll also develop a personal self-regulation plan a practical toolkit you can reach for whenever things get hard.
In Trinidad & Tobago’s diverse communities, the ability to communicate across difference and resolve conflict peacefully is not just a personal skill — it’s a community superpower. This is where you build it.

✓ Identify your emotional triggers and responses
    ✓ Practice conflict de-escalation through role-play
    ✓ Develop a personal self-regulation plan
✓ Build empathy and active listening skills
✓ Apply mindfulness techniques to daily life
